At Dox Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality services and maintaining transparent business practices. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds and cancellations for our services. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.


1. Website Design Services – 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We understand that investing in a website is an important decision, and we want our clients to feel completely confident throughout the process. That is why all our website design services are covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Policy Details:

  • You may request a full refund at any stage of the project before the final delivery, for any reason, with no questions asked.
  • Refund requests will be processed and issued on the same business day through the original payment method.
  • Once the website has been fully delivered and approved by the client, the project will be considered complete, and refunds will no longer be available.
  • The guarantee applies to all website design packages and eCommerce website design services provided by Dox Studio.

We offer this policy because we are confident in the quality of our work and want our clients to feel secure in their investment.


2. Social Media Marketing Plans

Our Social Media Marketing Plans involve strategic planning, creative production, and campaign management that require upfront resource allocation. Due to the nature of these services, we operate under a different refund and cancellation policy than our design services.

Refund Policy:

  • Payments for Social Media Marketing Plans are non-refundable once the monthly plan has started.
  • Any advertising spend allocated to third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google, or TikTok) is paid directly to those platforms and is also non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email to [email protected]) at least seven (7) calendar days before the next billing date to avoid renewal.
  • If cancellation is requested after the new billing cycle has started, the service will remain active until the end of the paid period, and no prorated refunds will be issued.
  • Upon cancellation, all campaign management and scheduled content posting will stop at the end of the paid period.

Important Notice:
Given the collaborative and time-sensitive nature of social media marketing, clients are responsible for providing all necessary approvals, materials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing content or feedback will not extend the plan period or qualify for a refund.

Dox Studio reserves the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately for new service agreements.
