We are a two-person studio in West Palm Beach that builds and looks after WooCommerce shops. These plugins started as things one of those shops needed and we could not find, so we wrote them.
That is also why they are plain about what they do: the counters read your real orders and the profit uses the cost that was frozen on each sale. The only thing that leaves your server is what the Pro assistant needs to answer you, and only when you ask it something.
